Meet Shelley – Your Success Coach & Biggest Cheerleader
Hey, I’m Shelley – so glad you’re here! I can’t wait to connect with you. If there’s one thing you should know about me, it’s that I love chocolate (pretty sure I keep Cadbury in business!) and a good chat.
I’m a proud mum of three, plus one four-legged shadow – Nova, my German Shepherd, who’s more like my fourth child than a pet. She’s always by my side, a loyal companion with a toddler’s energy.
I call sunny Newcastle home, just a two-hour drive from Sydney, where I get to soak in the beauty of our beaches every day. I share this incredible life with my partner, Colin, and my youngest daughter, Olivia (Liv). When I’m not coaching or creating, you’ll find me out being Shelley the Shuttle Sheila – driving Liv up the mountain so she can ride her bike back down.

So, let’s back track to when I was a child, I dreamed of becoming a hairdresser. I left school to chase that dream, but as life often does, it had other plans for me. I found myself working as a Personal Assistant, building a career in banking, insurance, research, and eventually climbing the corporate ladder in a large retail chain – thanks to my natural ability to stay highly organised.
Life took another big turn when I married my first serious partner and soon after welcomed our beautiful daughter, Jessica. Four months later, we left Sydney for a small coastal town in Port Stephens, where two years later, Jessica became a big sister to Benjamin.
We started our first business together (an Arborist business), navigating the ups and downs of entrepreneurship. Over time, we launched other ventures, but as life evolved, so did our relationship. Eventually, my marriage ended in divorce. Through the property settlement, I became the owner of the business, a turning point that set me on the path to even greater growth and transformation.
In my first month, I lost $35K. That forced me to learn fast – how to quote accurately, manage contractors, and handle equipment. Mistakes were inevitable, but each one taught me valuable lessons. I had to continuously reinvent myself, stand out in a male dominated industry which required me to shift my self-image, and adapt to new challenges. That journey led me to build a thriving 7-figure business.
As I evolved, so did my vision for the future. My desire for a more meaningful career grew stronger. After over a decade of being coached, I learned the power of self-work, letting go, and surrendering control. After 24.5 years, I made the decision to step away and sold my business in February 2024. Now, I’m fully dedicated to my true passion—helping you break through limitations and achieve the success you deserve!
I had a thriving business and was making money, but I wasn’t getting the thrill or challenge I once got that kept me going. I knew I wanted more, and I knew I was capable of achieving more. Instead of growing I was burning out.
I knew I had more to give others as well and the years of experience and lessons I had gained being in business could be invaluable to others.
It was during my own coaching journey that I created The Intentional Confidence course, a course that enables people to go from Doubt to Dominance and that’s when everything changed. I became fascinated with understanding myself and my partner—our differences, our strengths, and what truly drives us. This thirst for knowledge led me deep into personal development.
Then, I discovered Bob Proctor. His teachings were a turning point, helping me align my mindset with the results I wanted in both my life and business. The transformation was so powerful that it ignited my passion for helping others unlock the full potential of their minds and create the success they deserve.

I am now a certified Next Level Virtual Life Coach and Proctor Gallagher Institute Consultant. I love the transformation I see within my clients. Whether it be personal or business it all starts with a shift in your thinking.
From here my life feels like it is just beginning with a passion for transforming many lives around the globe. So, if you are feeling lost, lacking the confidence to make the changes, you have a business you want to expand or want that work life balance, believe me when I say, you can have it all and more. I will teach you to achieve all your goals and more and create the life you truly deserve.
I feel incredibly fortunate to live by the beach and back onto the local golf course. I am passionate about staying active whether it’s mountain bike riding, being outdoors, or spending time with my dog, Nova.

Whilst my youngest is living at school and living at home, we spend most of our weekends with her. I am either Shelley the Shuttle Sheila (shuttling her up the mountain) or she is racing around the countryside. There is a great community within her local club, and I love spending time with these people.
Whenever I can I love to catch up with family and friends. Hearing how my other two children are going and what’s happening in my friend’s lives is fun.
