I completely understand that you are time-poor and juggling work, life, family, and everything in between.
I used to be that person too.
The good news is you can change your Time Management Habits
We are all influenced from the moment we are conceived by voices and words, noises and reactions of people, and of course the environment around us.
All these past experiences have become our reality and we are then programmed.
Time has been programmed as we have been influenced by our parent’s time behaviours and then by people we have met along the way.
There is only one way to change your Time Management skills and that is to change the paradigm. A paradigm is a habit that has been programmed into your subconscious mind. Your subconscious mind dictates 96-98% of your results.
So how do you change your Time Management Paradigm?
We all think logically and rationally and through years of repetition, our program has developed. So we need to think illogically and irrationally and through repetition change the programming.
This can be done by writing down your desired time management and writing it out in the present tense as if you have already achieved what you want to achieve.
Usually, 30 days of writing this goal down, to change the habit but it can take longer.
Another good way of creating a better time management schedule for yourself is the night before write down the 6 most important things you need to do the next day. Do 2 of them before breakfast and the rest before lunch if possible. The rest of the day then is to do whatever you want to do.
Change your paradigms, change your life!
