I have just completed The Intentional Confidence course with Shelley. It has been a fantastic 7 weeks of learning about myself, creating a positive mindset and understanding human behaviour. I have gained so much confidence that I can now incorporate into my business and personal life. I now look forward to enjoying the rest of my life happy, positive and fulfilled.

Completing the 7 week Mindset Course helped guide me to the happy place that I’m at today. I found peace by finding peace within myself. The biggest thing I have learnt that is in order to love life entirely, you must love who you are. When you love yourself you will never be lonely even when you are alone. I learned how to change my way of thinking to positive thoughts. I learned how important acts of kindness are and how important it is to make time for yourself. Everything fell into place so easily from there.

Thank you so much Shelley. It has truly been a godsend for me and helped me when my life fell apart once again. You are awesome !!

Through the support and guidance of Shelley and her program, I was able to remove myself from the hole I was stuck in and into life, I now love and have control over how I live my life. Always for the better.

Shelley's program has been really enjoyable to do even if at times it has been a little confronting, but definitely in a good way. The program has helped me to set intentions in my life on a daily basis. To allow abundance to flow more freely into my life and to identify where I have been getting in the way of that. Helpful, easy to use, and implement strategies that will last a lifetime.
